Besides Cultural Research and Literary Studies, the collections of the SKS library include literature in other fields of humanities and social sciences.
Our collections include

- Travel literature
All publications of the Finnish Literature Society are included in the collections of the library regardless of the subject.
As a whole, the library collections reflect the long history of the Finnish Literature Society. The library has a classification scheme of its own, and it reflects the scientific worldview of the active members of SKS at the turn of the century as well as the Society’s own publishing activities, which have covered geometry textbooks, dictionaries and various books on botany.
